In the original, the Sweet Mask only started asking passersby if they were okay after completely killing the Joker, and then tried to change back but couldn’t. In the remake, the Sweet Mask just throws one punch, and the Joker is obviously still alive, yet he’s already turning back to ask if everyone’s okay. How can anyone be okay if the Joker isn’t dead? Then he tries to turn back, but wouldn’t he get beaten again?

Sweek Mask concern for the people only came after Clown was completely gone, and he’s been super rational all along—there’s no plot about his mind being messed up. The fact that he’s level-headed is part of his character and power. And now that’s getting nerfed too? I have a really bad feeling about what Murata is trying to do.
