Cobra the infamous space pirate decides to change his face and to clear all his memories. He becomes a common guy, with a common job, and a very boring life, but suddenly he starts remembering his true identity and new adventures begin.

* The TV series continues the story where the Burn Up! W OVA left off. A terrorist drug syndicate uses mechanical locusts to attack a convention of international delegates, while covering up its operations by setting up puppet wannabe terrorists. Rio and Team Warrior are called upon to get the situation under control, but this is only the beginning of their troubles.
