Nine people are tricked and forced by the evil organisation Neo-Black Ghost into becoming cyborgs, but they refuse to become the organization's killing machines and, guided by Dr. Gilmore, the cyborgs escape. They team up in order to fight Neo-Black Ghost and injustice wherever it shows its face.
