Night after night, all around the world children are being kidnapped. What evil is hiding behind such a thing? In Tokyo, a strange melody is making children run from their homes to the world of sweet dreams, and the Sailor Soldiers are investigating the matter. What is worse, Chibi-Usa is enchanted by the melody as well. For what purpose does someone kidnap and gather all these children? Does it present a threat to the Earth? Will the Sailor Soldiers be able to stop this evil-doing and save the world and the children? Will Usagi save Chibi-Usa from the clutches of evil?
