* Based on a shoujo manga series by Sugisaki Yukiru, serialised in Monthly Asuka. Niwa Daisuke is your average teenager, until his fourteenth birthday, when he tries to declare his love to the girl of his dreams, but fails. Suddenly, whenever he thinks about this girl he turns into the legendary phantom thief known as Dark. Daisuke's mother Emiko, very much aware of this, makes him turn into Dark and steal valuable works of art for a purpose unknown to Daisuke. Later, he learns why, and about his classmate Hiwatari Satoshi who seems to have the same ability. Note: The opening was meant to be 16:9, but for an unknown reason it was stretched to 4:3 and is sold that way on DVD.
