In the Magic World, the centennial Grand Magic Festival is underway. This festival celebrates the return of the Wishing Stone, which grants a wish to one of the Stone's choosing. When Mofurun is chosen to receive the Stone's wish, a powerful bear named Dark Matter shows up and kidnaps the Wishing Stone and Mofurun! Dark Matter wants to force Mofurun to wish for the erasure of all magicians. Separated from Mofurun and their ability to transform into Precure, Mirai and Riko, along with Haa, set out to rescue Moforun.
