Fairies-in-training En'en and Gureru are tasked with finding the Happiness Charge Precure. They meet Sharuru who sets up a meeting with the Happiness Charge Precure. At the meeting place, Ribbon informs the fairies that Megumi is not waking up. On the news, reports of children not waking up are increasing. The Precure go into Megumi's dream to discover the cause of these problems. They meet a fairy who is holding the children within the Dream World. After ejecting the Precure from the Dream World, this fairy traps all of the previous Precure within their own dreams, leaving the Happiness Charge team to take on this new foe.
