Leo, whose grandfather is the founder of ABW Racing, one of the participating F1 teams, first discovers Harrison at the age of six when he goes to see go-karts for the first time. Leo immediately starts go-karting himself and builds a friendship with Harrison that is like family, until they both move up to F2 together at the age of seventeen.

After that, Leo quits racing, but their relationship changes, and now it has been seven years since they started dating.
