Matsuyoi Nozomu, a soldier of the Galactic Higher Consciousness Federation engaged in a planet terraforming project, was only supposed to sleep for about ten years for observation purposes.

However, during his hibernation, an unprecedented catastrophe struck, drastically altering the planet.
