When an overweight man in his thirties thought he’d died in a traffic accident, only to find himself reincarnated in another world as an androgynous pretty boy.

This place was the so-called c*astity-reversed world with a male-to-female ratio of 1:100… or so I thought, but turns out, this world has two types of women.

One type, the Commons, look almost identical to the women from my previous life, but every guy instinctively finds them repulsive. The other type, the Altios, are slender with few feminine traits, which lets them interact with guys and serve as their attendants.

In this world where the ratio of guys, Altios, and Commons is 1:4:95, I’m the only one who can lust after and touch both types of women equally.
